Security deposits range from $200 to 2 months' rent, depending on your qualification level determined during the screening process.

All occupants 18 years or older must complete an application. You'll need proof of income showing at least 3x the monthly rent as gross income — we accept your 3 most recent pay statements or an offer letter if newly employed. All applicants will be screened for credit, criminal background, housing history, and income verification per applicable law.

Every apartment home at 200 Main features two-toned shaker cabinets, white quartz countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, custom tile, central air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Select units also include walk-out or wraparound balconies.

200 Main Kannapolis is a seven-story, midrise community with 97 thoughtfully designed apartment homes.

Yes. 200 Main Kannapolis has on-site maintenance available to address any issues in your home. Residents can submit maintenance requests through the resident portal for prompt assistance.

Yes! 200 Main Kannapolis is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment.

Monthly pet rent is $25/month per pet. There is also a non-refundable pet fee of $400 for 1 pet or $600 for 2 pets. Pet screening is required annually at $30 per pet.

Yes. Restricted breeds include pitbulls, rottweilers, akitas, dobermans, chow chows, and any breeds mixed with a restricted breed. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered pets and are therefore exempt from standard pet fees and deposits under the Fair Housing Act (FHA). To request an ESA accommodation, residents must submit a reasonable accommodation request along with supporting documentation from a licensed mental health or medical professional verifying the disability-related need for the animal. ESA documentation is subject to verification and must be current. Please note that breed and weight restrictions may still apply to ESAs in certain circumstances, and all ESA requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Yes. Dog owners are required to complete DNA swabbing for their pet as part of the pet registration process.

On move-in day you will need a valid photo ID, proof of renter's insurance, and your first month's rent and any applicable deposits if not already paid. Our team will walk you through everything before your move-in date.

Yes. A renter's insurance policy must be submitted to www.RiskRelease.com at least 48 hours prior to your move-in date. The policy must include a minimum liability amount of $100,000, and 200 Main must be listed as a party of interest. Personal contents coverage is recommended but not required. Residents without current renter's insurance on file will be charged a $16 monthly non-compliance fee.
