Applicants are screened for credit, criminal background, housing history and income verification in accordance with applicable law.

Yes. Restricted breeds include pitbulls, rottweilers, akitas, dobermans, chow chows and breeds mixed with a restricted breed. Please contact the leasing office for additional information.

Emotional Support Animals are not considered pets and are therefore exempt from standard pet fees and deposits under the Fair Housing Act. To request an accommodation, residents must submit a reasonable accommodation request along with supporting documentation verifying the disability-related need for the animal. Yes. Dog owners are required to complete DNA swabbing for their pet as part of the pet registration process.

On move-in day you will need a valid photo ID, proof of renter's insurance and your first month's rent and any applicable deposits if not already paid. Our team will review your move-in requirements with you before your scheduled move-in date.

Yes. A renter's insurance policy must be submitted to RiskRelease.com at least 48 hours before your move-in date. The policy must include a minimum liability amount of $100,000, and 200 Main must be listed as a party of interest. Personal contents coverage is recommended but not required. Residents without current renter's insurance on file will be charged a $16 monthly non-compliance fee.
